What turnover means

Turnover is the total wagering amount you must place before withdrawing any bonus winnings. It is calculated on the combined deposit plus bonus amount, not the bonus alone.

For example, a deposit of RM100 with a RM100 bonus at a 20x turnover means you must wager RM4,000 (200 x 20) before cashing out. The requirement applies to the full credited balance.

Game weighting differences

Not every game counts equally toward turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of every bet. Live dealer tables, such as blackjack or roulette, typically contribute a fraction, often around 10% or 20%.

Low-odds sportsbook selections, like heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing at all. Always check the game weighting table in the lobby before playing.

Maximum bet limit

While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per round. Exceeding this limit, even on a single spin or hand, can void the entire bonus and any winnings from it.

Expiry and forfeiture
